Dr Robert Radics – Executive Director (co-founder)

Robert Radics is a senior supply chain academic and industry leader with more than 20 years of experience across supply chain management, international trade, logistics, operations, and sustainability. He is an academic in Supply Chain Optimisation, focusing on applied approaches to supply chain performance and resilience. His career spans academia, government advisory roles, consulting, and senior executive leadership across Europe, the United States, Asia, and New Zealand. Robert has advised government agencies, worked with industry on operational optimisation and risk management, and led large-scale organisational transformations. He is recognised for integrating research, policy, and practice to deliver practical, equitable, and industry-relevant education and outcomes.

Associate Professor Carel Bezuidenhout – Director (co-founder)

Carel Bezuidenhout is an academic and industry leader with more than 25 years of experience in agri-industrial supply chains and logistics systems. His career integrates applied research, leadership, and industry collaboration, delivering large-scale projects that have generated billions of dollars in savings across complex agricultural supply chains. He is Associate Professor of Global Business with a passion for the next generation of industry professionals. Carel also served as Science Leader for forestry value chain optimisation. Formerly holding roles in agricultural engineering with working experience in Africa, Europe and New Zealand.
